Do you offer chair yoga?

 I love teaching chair yoga because it is beneficial to absolutely anyone, no matter what you're going through. Whether your age, if you have an injury or no matter where your at in your life, this is a wonderful option.

It's so surprising the wide variety of motion that you can actually do in a chair, and no only are you still working on your flexibility, you are strength training. You can get so many benefits from chair yoga, and I love teaching it!

I’m currently offering Chair Yoga through Private Yoga Sessions. When you book your session, just let me know that you’d like to focus on Chair Yoga.
