Principle: Survival, basic needs, physical needs and self-preservation.

 

Physical symptoms: Constipation, low back pain and prostate issues.

Location: Base of spine.

Body Parts: Legs, Bones, feet. 

Organs: Colon, adrenal glands, kidneys.

Signs of imbalance:

  • Eating disorders

  • Excessive negativity

  • Greed

  • Over-emphasis on material things

  • Anxiety

 
 
 
 

Connect with the root chakra by:

  • Hiking

  • Cooking

  • Gardening and anything else that has to do with nature.
