Signing up to do virtual sessions with Andrea during quarantine was a game-changer. She worked with my schedule (I often had her up at 8am!), contacted me beforehand to see if I had any specific requests during our session, and was even able to coach and critique my postures without even being in the same room! I began taking Andrea’s class about 4 months ago, and I was really struggling with the online yoga scene, so accustomed to being in the studio with other bodies and my favorite yoga instructors. But I stumbled upon Andrea’s class and was instantly hooked. Her sequencing felt like the kind of challenging and dynamic sequencing that keeps bringing me back to my mat; and gives me safe space to explore ways to show up on my mat, that can be applied to my life. It allows me to have my yoga fix, at least 3 times a week, and if scheduling allows me be there, I don’t miss. It’s a challenge for the body, an opportunity to connect with my breath and a way to find the mental clarity that gets me through the long days of being a medical student, studying abroad. Andrea’s a star and I’m so grateful for the space she’s created, so get out of your head and into your body💕
